Lisa, the car is beyond expectations and much nicer than I ever imagined. I was a little concerned about the color, but am ecstatic on how it looks and drives! This being my first Volvo, I am truly impressed and have already started saving for the next one for my wife when we return to the states.

I think it`s necessary and only appropriate that I send a note like this to thank the way Volvo has helped resolve the earlier situation for me.
The following 3 statements remain facts.
1. I wouldn`t have been a Volvo customer had it not been for Gordon`s initiative in entertaining and actively selling the car to me (Compare that to me test driving a Honda and walking out since no one seemed to be interested in selling me a car there).
2. I now drive a car I like.
3. Volvo now has a happy customer who would actively recommend Volvo to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
In my opinion, what transpired in the mean time is secondary, so long as the above 3 are important.
I would like to personally thank Gordon, Scott, Kumar and Rajesh (and everyone else at the showroom, who by now know me by name!) for all the trouble they had to go through to find a happy ending for this story.

Yes, I was going to write to you soon to let you know how much I love it, and yes, it does seem to attract a few glances on the road!! I`m still being very careful not to bump it or scratch it since it`s lower than my previous rental car, but I can tell we`re going to get along just great! You can be sure I will spend most of this upcoming weekend on the road!

We have been driving and enjoying our new Volvo for several months now, and I wanted to write and thank you again for your help with the sale and delivery. We love the car. It`s been just terrific. Exactly what we wanted.
